5/5/24 at the PIT from 9 am-11am

Lahaina Teams:

5/5/24 at Napili Park from 9 am-noon

Kihei Teams:

5/11/24 at Kihei Youth Center from 9 am- noon

Kulamalu Teams:

5/11/24 at Kulamalu Field from Noon-3 pm

Required to register:

2 proof of residency (utility bills, drivers license, car payment stub or car registration, mortgage payment. NO PO BOX

Parent or guardian must be present!

FEES:

Tiny Mites $65 All Others $95. Cash or check (made out to team name). 

Maui Pop Warner requires 2 forms of proof of residency. This can include any of the following: 

Utility bill (water, electric, phone) Car registration or payment stub, Driver's license, mortgage statement, bank statement. 

Required Documents that must be turned in before August 1st:

Copy of Birth Certificate

4th Quarter report card

Parent/Player Contract
